"When we had our house built, we
had Mr. Zachry come over for an inspection on our behalf. We
expected him to find nothing since this was a new home. There were
several problems he pointed out and we were thankful that we had him
as our inspector. Some of the problems found were the bricks
on the outer walls were not tied into the frame work of the house
and also some of the nails on the roof and outer walls were popping
out. The contractor had to remove bricks that were already in place
to tie into the studs. And also drive the nails in that were popping
out. If it were not for his professionalism and experience we would
have never known and definitely would have had problems through the
years. We really appreciate his interest he takes in his work. Thank
